By becoming attuned to these distinct aspects, you can more effectively engage in energy work, balancing and harmonizing the different dimensions of your being.

Personal HSP Support!

Highly sensitive people (HSPs) regularly require support and understanding to navigate the challenges and benefits of their heightened sensitivity. If you’re an HSP I am here for you!

My tips for you:

  1. Understand and accept your highly sensitive self. Recognize your triggers and limitations, and be kind to yourself about them.
  2. Prioritize self-care routines, such as meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, or hobbies that help you relax and recharge.
  3. Connect with like-minded individuals, supportive friends, and/or other highly sensitive people, who understand and respect you for who you are.
  4. Communicate your needs to set your boundaries. No one can help you without knowing what you’re going through.
  5. Try to avoid overwhelming environments and situations. Easier said than done, I know.
  6. Get to know who you really are on a soul level. Making choices that are congruent with your soul’s desired will reduce high sensitivity tremendously. Book a „Soul Realignment“ to receive all the information you need!
